LCR Renewable Energy Team completed the first trial delivery of the Wind Turbine Blades up to Coopers Gap Wind Farm. At 67.2m long and weighing 22 tonnes, they are currently the largest blades ever transported in Australia.
Each blade will travel overnight from Brisbane Port, along the Gateway Motorway, the Logan Motorway, the Warrego Highway, up the Toowoomba Range, to the Wind Farm which is situated between Dalby and Kingaroy.
